A few common questions she get:
1. "How long does it last?" Mine usually last around 3 months
2. "Can you get your lashes wet?" Don't get your lashes wet for at least 24 hours after the lash lift
3. "Can you wear mascara?" Yes, just make sure to wait at least 24 hours after the lash lift
4. "Is there any maintenance?" Just try to brush your lashes out every day (to maintain the shape!)
5. "How long does the process take?" It usually takes me about 1.5 hours, but it's much quicker if someone else is doing it for you
6. "How do I know which pad size to use?" Short lashes = small, average lashes = medium, long lashes = large
7. "Can you re-use the kit?" Yes, I've gotten multiple uses out of my kits - just keep an eye on the expiration date on the kit!
8. "My lashes won't stick to the pad, what should I do?" Make sure the glue is tacky enough (give or take 30-45 seconds). You might need to hold the lashes in place for a few seconds before they stick. Also, it's okay to re-apply glue, but try to place the glue on the tips of the lashes (not the mids or the roots). Once all the lashes stick to the pad, you can try holding them down with your finger for a few seconds to lock them in place.
IMPORTANT: Seal the containers of Perm Lotion and Fixation Lotion immediately after use to maintain their effectiveness.
Clean your lashes and eyelids with a gentle cleanser before the lash lift.
Place the self-adhesive lift pad on the upper eyelid and press it for 60 seconds to ensure it sticks well, especially at the corners. No glue needed.
Apply lash glue to the lift pad and wait for 30 seconds to ensure optimal stickiness.
Note: Apply more glue if necessary.
Use a Y-Shape Brush or Multipurpose Brush to comb the lashes upward and fit them to the lift pad. (Positioned lashes as desired.)
Note: When self-applying, press lashes onto the pads with a finger, then comb neatly.
Using a microbrush, apply #1 Perm Lotion to the base of the lashes. Cover with Plastic Wrap, and wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the Plastic Wrap and gently wipe away the lotion with a dry microbrush. No cleansing required.
Note: Apply the lotion to the base of the lashes to avoid overprocessing the tips.
Apply #2 Fixation Lotion to the base of the lashes. Cover with Plastic Wrap, and wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the Plastic Wrap and gently wipe away the lotion with a dry microbrush.
Note: If lashes come off the pad before applying the lotion, reapply glue to secure them.
Use Cleanser Liquid to remove residual lotion and glue and gently detach the lift pad. Cleanse eyelashes.
Apply #3 Nutritional Oil to nourish and add shine to lashes.

Lifting doesn't lengthen lashes but enhances their appearance by curling and lifting them.
